I don't usually complain but I called to see if a set of contacts were available in my prescription. Over the phone I was put immediately on hold and left there for 16 minutes. I hung up. Called again

Monica at the front desk was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my life. Was originally told by a remote doctor I saw to simply call to adjust the prescription if needed
