Asked for a banker and the people that work here are unprofessional, rude and have a really bad attitude.

Hours are terrible. When are people that work 9 to 5 supposed to do their banking? You are forced to wait and do it on Saturdays or ise your lunch break. Very inconvenient for your customers

This a nice Chase branch location in a nice part of Joliet the employees and managers are nice and very helpful, I use the drive through most of the time so my experience will be based only on that, t
