I went to Take 5 and had to wait 40 mins on one car in front of me getting their oil changed. I left before my turn because I didn't want to wait any longer. I have been there before and it was great

6 people working on my car no experience. Took 1hr to change my oil . And it took 20 minutes for them to start after pulling my car into the bay
