Customer service doesn't exist in this shop! Can't imagine how they are still in business!

I was in search of a soap dish of all things...this store has something for everyone. We all made purchases...a skirt (we all want one for ourself!), some candle sticks, and I found a heart shaped div

I was there yesterday and so disappointed. I use to like it better than the Barn but not anymore. My favorite store left. Just weird merchandise. Oh well.
