Awful customer service. No regard for protecting customers privacy. I made an appointment online two days ago. It was my first time at massage envy and first time using their online scheduling system.

Wonderful masseuses but very poor customer service. I moved out of the area and have been trying to cancel my membership for months as I haven't found masseuses as goof as the ones I have seen here. T

First time at this location & had a great massage. Edith was wonderful and did a great job. Very experienced and listened to my concerns and journey with back pain. I'll be back next month.
