The cafe specializes in authentic Italian coffee, house-made pastries, and gelato all made fresh, from scratch and without the use of any preservatives or even coloring.  The cafe roasts its own beans at its Dallas facility called Torrefazione Palmieri.  Founded by Italian native Corrado Palmieri, the cafe is known for a warm, and welcoming atmosphere designed for relaxation. The Plano location includes on-site seating and a couch.
