Walk in the doors of this Riverside butcher shop and mini market and there’s usually a crew of meat lovers gazing at slabs of filet mignon and housemade sausage links in the display case. The rest of the shop includes some produce, a few pre-made items, and what we really come here for: the sandwiches. Frazie's generously piles slices of butcher meat in between bread, making the average sub look and taste like a dainty tea sandwich. When we want a hearty sandwich that'll have us set for hibernation, we get the ATL Chop with chunks of wagyu beef, tons of lettuce, onions, and peppers drenched in a tangy orange sauce. For lighter lunch, we'll snag the Mr. Pink spinach herb wrap filled with salmon, bacon, sriracha, and a creamy slaw.
