Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care at Westover Hills has been providing quality urgent care for children 0-21 years old since 2016. Our clinic is located at 8403 State Hwy 151 in the same shopping center as Lucy Cooper's. We proudly serve families in the far west San Antonio area. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, offer walk-in visits, and also have the option to save your spot in line through our website.
