Cold stone creamery is my favorite place for ice cream. Never had an issue with service and the place is always clean.

Customer service was terrible and didn't even offer to fully serve me after being in like for 15 min. They said they could put the toppings on top instead of mix it because they were closing. Literall

Terrible customer service and management. would not make their mistake right. Never again.
