15 years later, just checking in to say that Delicacy is still going strong and serving up the best Chinese fare in Rock Hill!

Today, we tried a new item, Fish with Black Bean Sauce...and we both LOVED it! Seriously, this might be one of my favorite fish dishes in town. We also shared my favorite, their Crispy Scallion Chicke

This is the Best Chinese food in the Fort Mill / Rock Hill area! We love the crispy chicken. If you ever need timely takeout, this place is amazing.
