On 1/28/26 I drove to Bay Ridge CVS to pick up some prescriptions that they said was ready. This was 3 days after the snow storm. When I turned into their drive I saw their lot had not been plowed !!
What a disgrace! They didn't even attempt to plow, two days after the storm. I can't get my medicine.
Worst phone system and just poor service. The simplest thing, they make it difficult? Technology makes it worse?
