John was polite and respectful. He always answered when called and had a quick response time. The scooters were clean and worked well. I will use them again when I am in the area.

I had given a good review but I have to reconsider it. I like honest business people. Will not use or recommend this company. I will be contacting Head office in NYC tomorrow.
