Loved the place great staff, food, and even an arcade the only issue where the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. But great room and well cleaned. 4.5 star review don't trust the other reviews!

Customer service was very poor. Room smelled very musty and everything was super dated. No shower gel in room or sheets on bed. I had to call 3 times for crib. Bed was hard and pillows were lumpy. Lif

I was extremely disappointed with the Waterpark!!! It used to be so nice but they have ran it into the ground!! The place was absolutely disgusting!! Rust and mold everywhere, the jets in the hot tub
