A older woman with white hair was working when I took my dog in for a treat... he was very excited and peed on the floor and she was very rude. I offered to clean it, she refused and was very aggravat

The customer service is outstanding. The manager Kevin was helpful and apologized for not having a particular dog I.D tag. They did an excellent job at grooming my shih-tzu dog.
