Made an appointment. Was told to complete paperwork and everything else online by staff instead of completing in person. Front desk staff not super welcoming. Even with appointment still had to wait.

They don’t give a damn about anyone I have a damn infection and they said they would call me for the results and I made 3 appointments and they be playing to get with the provider and promise to call

Waited almost 3 hours for an employee physical and drug test
