Hotel doesn’t give upgrades. They don’t care about your status because it’s a franchisee location. Use Marriott or Hilton if it’s an option for you

Poor, nobody around to clean. It was difficult just to get new towels for a four day stay. Bugs were bad, and the flowers growing around the building attracted them.

Great place to stay. Came in later in the evening and was concerned about who might be there on staff but when I arrived I found i had nothing to worry about. Staff was awesome and I realized I forgot
