horrible customer service at woodland ca Branch. the branch manager ignored me for 45 minutes and Zohara the banker never called me back with an answer to my question. will consider moving my accounts

On Aug 6, 2024 I called the bank, waiting on hold for 45 minutes. When I finally spoke to Marco regarding the problem, I was told an officer of the bank would return my call soon. Today is 09/06/2024

I wish could give a negative 100 - not one star. Explained a few times today at the branch personally that was not able to use ATM inside the bank a few times last months between 6-7pm due to card rea
