Same as all the other reviews. Standing reservation, and 20 people waiting because they are "sorting the keys". Been waiting for over an hour now. Worst Hertz experience I've seen across the country.

Do yourself a favor and rent from any of the other car rental options at ORF. Been to this Hertz twice and it's the slowest, rudest Hertz I've been to. Will not be back
