Worst place. 2 time now they don't call to confirm appt, or email me the forms to fill out. When I called to check, they got my wrong email!!! Never got a call.. even tho they claimed they did... had

My doctor has sent 2 requests to be seen and they don't call me to make appointments to be seen!
