Took both my grandsons - ages 12 and 10 - for haircuts. The barbers asked them directly what they wanted and listened! Really good!

Boyfriend went in for a haircut and a beard trim. The beard was trimmed unevenly and also she didn't take his face shape into consideration and brought the trim really low. But that's just the beard.
