We tried Kajiken at Desert Ridge and now I get why people like it. Abura soba is basically ramen with no broth, just noodles mixed with sauce and oil. Sounds simple, but it's actually really flavorful

Delicious dry ramen- very flavorful. The staff are nice and attentive. The ramen was greasy - after the noodles are gone, there was lots of oil at the bottom of the bowl.

Good noodle texture and portion but the poach was a little too aggressive and I wasn't getting much curry flavor. Had to add chili oil and vinegar to bring it to life.
