Our freestanding Emergency Department is open to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the treatment of urgent and emergent medical conditions and is staffed with the same certified emergency nurses and physicians board-certified in emergency medicine as in Mount Sinai South Nassau’s hospital-based emergency room. No Appointment Necessary Services are available daily, on a walk-in and emergency basis.
