There's always an issue with my order when we place it in person. They don't write it down and then it's inevitably wrong when we get home.

I've never written a Yelp review in my life, but this was so ridiculous i had to. Charging extra to toast a bagel or bread at a bagel shop is genuinely one of the most absurd upcharges I've ever seen
