I loved how the eye doctor treated me and he gave me the correct lenses for my vision. What I didn't love like is that you have to sign in just to pick up your glasses and have a pretty time waiting.

More empathy, and consideration. My appointment time was incorrectly registered in their list, but no action was taken to accommodate me earlier.
