Overall its good but umi always lets me wait for 1 hr and half to get my food and the wait estimated time was always not accurate, once they passed the time they will just say 'working on it' and what

Slowest people ever. All they do is stand there letting the orders get cold. They just roam around the kitchen not preparing anything even tho they have many orders ready.

I have been waiting for my food for 30 minutes. Is this normal??? Send help. I've been here a few times before. It was ok. Now I'll never come here again. :(
