It is difficult to get in touch with anybody when trying to call and there is nobody at the counter. I held back from saying anything until now.

This is the worst customer service ever! I secured a rental for next week that needs to be modified. It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with any location on the phone, any live agent, nobody.
