The staff should be ashamed to not help the patients when they need assistance. I was there many times watching people ask for help and staff walking away telling them it wasn't there responsibility.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Don't send your loved one there. This is a Medicare 2 star facility. They are severely understaffed.
