Place is terrible. Took our 10 year old in with upper respiratory infection the NP who seen him said just toughen up and get thru it. His cough and sore throat is so bad he wakes up at 2am and literal

They told me that insurance wouldnt cover anything they didnt even try to bill insurance they just said straight up insurance wouldnt cover it when my insurance would and that I would be billed for it

I have no idea why they call this place an urgent care facility. There is NOTHING urgent about it. Would not recommend
