Checked in late at night. Rooms do not have closing curtains so security lights shine directly into your room. Switched rooms and the same shady characters that were in the lobby when we first arrived

This hotel experience was absolutely terrible. I called and clearly expressed I was staying for three days. They must have a great scam going where they let you know your all set. I showed up at the h
