The smoked turkey was phenomenal. The cornbread, green beans, and dressing were also good. First time for the turkey, it was a Thanksgiving Holiday meal package. Easy to pick up at their Urbana store.

I am kind of picky, as I smoke most of my own meats. I do not smoke brisket very often due to cost. Our family of 4 ate here on 11/27/25 and the brisket was the most disappointing brisket I have eaten
