If I could give a 0 I would. I received a pair of Vans classics for Christmas but was the wrong size so I went in to exchange the shoes and had to order them online cause they didn't have any in stock

It was not the best customer service. Only one person talked to us when we went in, and we had to ask to be assisted/ to check out. It was stocked well and shoes are good quality, but customer service
