The husband-and-wife team of Chef Chris D'Ambro and Marina De Oliveira are behind this Queen Village spot, just a few doors down from sibling Ambra. There is an inviting bar up front and a tranquil dining room in the back, where pale walls are hung with framed botanical prints and an outdoor area with a red brick-paved patio makes a lovely spot for a sip from the interesting wine list. Southwark's seasonally inspired dishes reflect a Mediterranean mindset with a strong Italian accent, as in fried green tomatoes with herb aioli and sesame dukkah; house-made bucatini with clams and summer squash; or lavender panna cotta.
