The Elks National Veterans Memorial is a Beaux Arts-style domed building at 2750 North Lakeview Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. It is across from Lincoln Park and close to the park's Goethe Monument and statue of Alexander Hamilton.

We loved the memorial itself but the staff or better yet the experience was disappointing. My friend and I came in a couple days prior to check if we could take pictures for her birthday they told us
Stunning! A bit of history I didn't even realize we had here in Chicago. Free to visit (there's a donation box at the front) and the staff was very sweet. Someone was giving brief tours with more info
