Extremely LONG wait times after self check-in kiosk (30 minutes). Another 22 minutes before called in for routine blood test. 52 minutes! Office staff leave front reception area empty for long periods

The staff was very friendly and efficient. It helps to make an appointment as twice we've been there and were served at the exact time we scheduled. Excellent place for lab work.
