They were too busy on 5 occasions in a row, to not pick up their phones for business. Took my business elsewhere for repairs.

I arrived to pick up online order for a snow sled for our Grandchild. I was rudely told we already picked it up. I stated we did not and was told again to ask my wife or daughter if they picked it up
