Located at the intersection of University Boulevard and Colesville Road, also known as Four Corners, MedStar Health Urgent Care in Silver Spring is open 7 days a week with extended hours. Walk-in visits are always welcome, but an online check-in is recommended. We care for acute illness and injury to people of all ages. We offer laboratory services on-site and can provide care that is beyond the scope or availability of the typical primary care practice or retail clinic.
