Your Customer service (866-484-5597) is horrible. I requested a gift card replacement in March (ref 1455***). I keep getting the run a round by all of the customer service reps and the gift card dept.

My package got delivered to the wrong apartment and never returned and they refused to refund me for 6 months through their suggested customer service line. I had to do two refutes with bank and Tilly

I will dissuade anyone from purchasing from this store. A package was stolen and they refused to issue a refund. I have told everyone I know to avoid them like a plague.
