Cosy pub with real fire. Great atmosphere. I had the steak pie followed by sticky toffee pudding and it was nice. Two real ales on tap made this the place to be!

It was suggested that this Inn would be suitable for a nice family meal. Wrong! The welcome was dreadful, bartender is incapable of smiling was quite rude when asked to repeat what was not available.

Just arrived in Fort Augustus and saw the bad reviews for the Lock Inn but thought we would try it for a drink. Yes the surly teenagers are still there, just about able to pour a drink. Otherwise sat.
