The staff was so smiley. Lol never been in a Ross where every employee look happy. Men's selection of shoes ain't jumpin like the women's but there is a wide selection compared to other locations

It's so unorganized. Especially when the lines are backed up they're not asking the other employees to come down and help manage the lines properly horrible
