Great service- I love that I can walk in and they're all right to the point- they get what I need done without hassle. I've never had a bad experience there.
The staff working the desk are not nice. I would not recommend this store. They are very unhelpful and just want to nickel and dime you. Go to the USPS in Oakton they are much more helpful and nice.
