I will NEVER rent from Hertz as a whole. The blame is only partially on the location. The entire customer service aspect of the company is horrible. First, they lost my reservation!! I was over charge

Had a reservation to rent a car due to car being in shop. Cancelled it. Could not get anyone on the phone at all. No answering machine. I called 5 times over hours and nope.

Excellent service. Truly cared and went above and beyond. Definitely use this location rather than the other one in Ann Arbor.
