Wow! Unbelievable! Once again, my apartment has NO running water. I literally have lost track of how many times in the last couple of months the water has been shut off to hundreds of apartment homes

Day 8 of having no hot water! Management still unwilling to discuss rent or other concessions. Hard to believe I live in a country where this is okay.
