Wash is ok doesn't really get the back or bottom very well. But I'm not hand washing it myself so I'll take it

I'm shocked at the low reviews of this place.... i find it quite convenient and the fact that they have ample space and powerful vacuums, i'm giving this place 4 stars. seeing the other reviews i see

I canceled my subscription for the monthly fee more than a year ago and they keep billing me!
