They spent all this money moving into a new building to expand their services only for 90% of them to take their "mandatory" 10 minute (more like 20) breaks on the hour and stall services for everyone

This is hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient DMV I've ever been to! The staff are as friendly as friendly gets, everything moves quickly, and the office is beautifully maintained.
