Finnish style sauna house in downtown Victoria. Also offering Massage and Private Sauna Suites. The RITUAL Nordic Circuit is our main attraction. Leisurely move through our Nordic circuit at your own pace. Alternate between hot and cold, then relax and repeat the circuit again. Includes Finnish sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, salt lounge, outdoor patios, rinse station, Nordic bucket shower plus locker and towel. Most guests complete between 2 and 4 circuits during their 2 hour booking.

This place was a good value. But I wouldn't return. On our visit the spa was way overbooked, noisy, and not as clean as I would have preferred. There were several large groups chatting away and moving
