The rooms & the bed were very clean and so cozy. The bed was so comfortable. The pool was nice & clean but was very cold. We have been here multiple times and the pool is never warm. Unsure why. But o

The peopleThey use Direct TV and because of weather lost television for the night.

The manager was stellar! Front desk not friendly or welcoming but manager resolved it wonderfully!Front desk person was extremely rude & condescending
