BRING YOUR PATIENCE. We had a 12:00 pm car reservation, arrived at 11:00 am, and didn't receive our keys until 12:40 pm. I've never seen a car rental location this crowded or lines like you find them

Very bad experience!! It was horrible , customer service is not helpful at all. The manager, Mike, is the most negative person there. They couldn't help for the reason that they stated the deal I got
