I've shopped at the L'Occitane store in Del Amo Mall several times, but today's visit was much better thanks to Jaymie (name on my receipt). She was genuinely lovely and went above and beyond to help

Wish they had samples that weren't old. Defeats the whole purpose of trying a product but the product is expired.
