It’s easy to overlook Mister Burger, a spot hidden away on Pharr Road in Buckhead. There’s barely any signage pointing you in the direction of the drive-thru, and the low-key takeout window isn’t helping either. But you won’t have that problem once your GPS auto-saves this place as a frequent destination, which is very likely because these smashburgers are solid (although sometimes they can be greasy, which is the risk we're likely to take at 2am). They're full of peppery seasoning and crushed on the grill until the edges get crispy. The sesame seed bun isn’t something you usually see on ATL smashburgers, and it adds a nice texture to the burger. The menu is concise—just a single, double, and the Impossible version of the smashburger, plus thick seasoned fries, which we like to get loaded with cheese, burger crumbles, and peppers). This spot stays open until 3:30am on Friday and Saturday, and until midnight on Thursday and Sunday, so it’s an easy place to swing through when the munchies hit after midnight.
