Easy to sort out , helpful lady on the desk and comfortable room

Very handily located just off the motorway. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and perfect for a night's stay midway through a long journey. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Exceptional customer service. Sue the manager was really helpful and accomadating. I was very appreciative of her warm, friendly approach.
